A.J. Ciccone: Allstate Insurance

We are a family-run agency that has been serving Brooklyn for almost four decades, 30 of which were in Bay Ridge. We are happy to be in our new location, South Park Slope and we are excited to join our new neighborhood. As Brooklyn natives, we have enjoyed seeing the area grow and change. More and more people are choosing Brooklyn as their home. My wife, Alexa, and I are big fans of the New York Knicks. We also like to try new restaurants in the area, watch sports, read books, and travel to different places. One of our favorite trips was to Florence, Italy, where we got married.

I grew up seeing the important role that Allstate agents play in the lives of customers. My grandfather and father were both Allstate agents. I became an Allstate agent in April of 2016, but I had worked in my dad’s agency for five years before that. We have kept the agency in our family for three generations and close to 40 years. They inspired me to follow their footsteps.

As an Allstate agent, I feel it is my duty to help the customers with their options and what suits their needs. It’s important to be there for them when they need us, so they don’t face difficulties during hard times. We need to be there at that moment. We have the responsibility of being a reliable Allstate representative to them and help them protect themselves from the unexpected that could happen to them.
