We have received letters of appreciation from our customers over the years. In 1959, one customer was amazed when we replaced his stolen car battery in an hour. In 2002, another couple praised our agent and claims adjuster for their compassionate and helpful service after a personal loss. That same year, when Beaumont, Texas was hit by Hurricane Rita, we sent 300 agents to evaluate the damages while our policy holders were safe. We also gave $100,000 and two powerful generators to help Beaumont recover from the storm. No matter when or where a disaster strikes, you can rely on us to be there for you.
